Coming from a 3rd party employee from the "current top company in the plains region for the month of march" I would never in any way wish to have anyone want to get in contact with me on a website like this. You must not see nearly as many customers as I do at my store but I offer my services to close family and friends off the clock and usually spend about 60 hours a week doing on the clock work for everyone else. Yes as a 3rd party company we have to make sure our customer service is that much better than the corporate stores because they have some tools to them that we do not. I have prided myself on being the top sales associate for the last 2 years for my indirect company but have dealt with soooo many issues and questions, especially the "how do i make my mogul look that cool?" and the "when does this phone or plan" come out. I dont know how they do things in shoreview my friend but please dont go fishing for business on a site like this because one day youll be in my shoes spending all day every day helping people all over the country and not have any time for yourself. If thats your goal you might as well try and come work at my store and realize this job is amazing and sprint is sooo much fun to work for but try and build a referral business from your face to face customers because youre gonna get more crap on here than you could ever ask for. If you need customers we have upgrades out the wazoo and Ill send some your way. Sorry again for taking the top indirect in the region from ya last month. Better luck in April!
