I dont know any personal information. Just the phone number and last name. Im not trying to get peoples social security numbers and stuff - but yeah it definitely sounds fishy...

you work for a 3rd party reseller, so you do not *work* for Sprint exactly. Not to be a jerk or anything, but as an actual corporate Sprint employee, that drives us nuts!! Anyway, appreciate you trying to go out of your way to help customers!

umm, as a third party representative we find that our customer service is ten times that of any corporate store in our area... people come daily from the corporate stores complaining ... but then again its run by an idiot! so perhaps your stores are different.

I work for Sprint. You are an idiot to say otherwise. The "corporate" stores are in NO way better or different then a third party store other than the fact we are locally owned which gives us a touch of personality. We run things our own way and Choice Communications (our company) is the top performing store in the "plains region" above corporate stores.

I am here to help customers with any issues, and this ryanbg guy did come into my store today and showed me the Android working on his Touch which was awesome!

I really don't care, if you don't care to believe it and think I am here to "scam" you guys you are welcome to. If you contact me chances are it's more work for me that I won't get paid for... Im trying to help here... so do what you want.

As for getting on Sero, just find a @sprint.com email address (dan@sprint.com won't work) and type that in for your referral email... you should find one after a few minutes of searching that will work.
