TV on the mogul is the one thing that I am waiting for and cannot figure out why it worked for about 1 week and then they blocked it and I do not feel like spending all of the money on a slingo or something along those lines screw that. I appreciate you doing your part to help with the customer service because (yes I work for pheonix and i had the best month in my sprint career last month which made us go 1st last month if you take it back cool but hopefully my store will prevent that) at the mall of america where I work I deal with every possible type of customer you have ever imagined and I will on rare occasions give out my "work cell" to customers in case they need anything in any area. My "personal cell" is only for me and my fam and friends and coworkers. But thats why Im glad I get two dealer lines on sprint and nextel. I have tried and thought very long and hard about what I could do to improve the customer service because 9 out of 10 times someone is mad its because of mohamed abdu salim or whatever in malaysia B.F.E. giving them horrible customer service.

If you can take the crown back then good luck man well give you a run for your money I just hope youre not one of those horrible stores that tries to get someone to return a phone and cancel from us just so that you can give them a "better price" on the phone or something silly like that. Thats been pissing me off a lot lately that some little idiot Indirect, and yes some Corporate, employees get mad because they didnt get the new and end up messing with our churn rates getting someone to return and cancel with us just to buy it from you. We have seen many many many customers come in before and its becoming very unflattering as a company that one indirect location has to go and bad mouth another one or even bad mouth a corporate store. I have love for everyone that dawns a sprint badge every morning and deals with all the crap we get on a day to day basis. I dont take days off just to keep ahead of the curve. Were all one big team regardless of who signs our paychecks. Over the last 3 years ive been with sprint only 50% of my customers are ones Ive sold phones to.

Good luck in your approach at real customer service that we should be giving to our customers like they deserve I hope it works out for you. And please if you need anything from the top dogs of last month lemme know!



P.S. If anyone does need help and you are not able to provide it ask me and I might have a way around or through it but I try and spend my time on here helping myself and my furthering of my mogul. Customers are more than welcome to come into my store on a daily basis and I will do whatever I can.
