Now THAT is funny!!! Considering all of the lawsuits and government regulatory attempts to KEEP Microsoft from including "core features such as internet explorer" in the operating system, just so you WOULD be forced to buy a browser, possibly from a company competing with Microsoft...are you suggesting that if those attempts were successful, it would be illegal for Microsoft to comply?

My ford focus has a governor that wont let it go over 110mph. (I know this because I drove most of the way to ohio at 110mph,but thats another story.... the nebraska highway patrol cant track this back to me can they.....) Just under 110 the car still had plenty of power and acceleration,so I bet it would have gone alot faster. Maybe I should sue Ford.

The RevA and aGPS update was set to be around late feb early march last i heard. That was also a month or so before the XV6800 came out... The aGPS will be enabled to work with the VZNavigator software to the tune of an extra $9.99/month on top of your unlimited data... Good thing i get a discount on my voice plan and an extra 25% off all data features...

thoughts.. the update will come out on the 28th. sprint will make good on its gps promise but it won't be standalone, the phone will be updated with the api layer for agps but it will be modified so current location hacks won't work. people will try and work around it until the next model comes out to no avail. wm 6.1 further cripples the phone in regard to ram usage. sprint cuts its losses with the mogul and releases a mogul2 in the fall that will be the exact same thing just with more ram. barely. an amount that's only 2-3 years outdated instead of 4.

does not offer free upgrades for mogul users and no tradeup options.
I think what he was referring to is using Q-Chat to 'chirp'. Q-Chat is suppose to be able to connect with both i-den and the old ReadyLink system (I beleive0. The biggest thing though is that it is suppose to replace the i-den walkie talkie. So we must ask ourselves why hasn't this new, great technology been released, especially since it will allow Sprint and Nextel phones to 'chirp' one another? Because from what I understand it need Ev-DO Rev A to operate (which would/could allow the Mogul to 'chirp'). It also needs other devices, you know, like the ones being held up by the qualcomm/Broadcom lawsuit.

Be excited, this is from a very reliable source.
