One and only, had it for 9 months now, has one scratch on the top corner above the ie button. No other problems.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

I'm on my 5th or my 6th. Lost count honestly. This is my second device that was BNIB... less than 2 months later, I've already got the stupid white spot on the LCD but it works great otherwise.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

on number 6 now.

To those above that wonder why we keep exchanging them. Cause I like the features. I like running DCD on it and most importantly... I can use the keyboard with my giant man hands.

1 Down Button on dpad dead

2 charging port fell apart

3 battery would show up as 100 and never show actual charge.

4 dpad left button dead

5 Would randomly cycle power

6 Crossing Fingers

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

had 3 moguls and now the store just ordered my second touch as my refurb touch has a blue dot on it... one store threw me out becuase they refuse to replace anymore phones becuase they dont consider a bad dot or pixel to affect the functionality of the unit. i said htc did not design the phone with a bad dot and that i wanted it repaired or replaced. they said no, and told me to leave i told them to f off and its no wonder that sprint is losing so many people and he told me out side that if he sees me again outside anyplace he that i should watch out... guess what i had customer service on the phone and they heard it.... and will write it up about him threating me....

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

I don't get why ppl would complain about a minor barely visable spot, and take a refurbished unit that may have 100x more hours on it, and who knows where it's been. toilet phone anyone...

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

I've had two PPC6700's and two PPC6800's. I had to replace my 6700 because a friend of mine was playing with it (while drunk) because of the various NES ROM's I had on it, and was soon after pushed into a pool. The 6800 was replaced because my belt holster came unsnapped as I got out of my car, snagged the seatbelt, and tumbled to the ground ensuing in a broken screen.

I'm holding out on my current 6800 as I have a upgrade. Eagerly waiting for the HTC Touch Pro.

I work for Sprint and find your story very hard to believe. You had to be doing a little more that just demanding a phone and saying f off to get a Rep to follow you outside and threaten you. Not condoning what he did, if he actually did it, but I'm sure it took a lot more provoking then you're leading on.

Now for the part about the dead pixel. Sprint has the right to refuse any repair that isn't affecting the functionality of the phone or ability to make or recieve calls. Hence why we have Asurion set up as our insurance claims for things that can't repaired at a store level or warrenty claims like yours. You can call them, pay the $50 deductible and get a new/refurbished phone.

why should i pay $50 for a phone that is clearly defective, you would not purchase a tv set with a dead pixel. The screen is designed to have all the pixels working. So I am not out of line. I am on my 4th phone since Feburary 2008 and he did not want to deal with me. When he threatened me customer service was on the phone and heard it all. I did end up going to another store that took the time to talk with me and they looked at my device and tried to repair it and agreed that it needs to be replaced and they ordeed me another one. I know it might be a refurb but I thought since i am starting over at another store I would take the referb and then if their is another issue ask if they can give me a new phone and not a refurb. or i might just wait 30 days and have customer service send me a new one if the new refurb has an issue. I myself cant wait intil the new htc touch diamond and touch pro come out. I will be one of the 1st in line....
