Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

None yet. I have had a few issues with the keypad lately (hitting a key and having the letter show up 2 or 3 times or not at all) but I have just started using the Touch Diamond QWERTY so typing onscreen is bearable as a substitute. I plan to just deal with it until I upgrade this winter.

Hey I had that same exact issue and then I installed a cab file floating around here called HTC_Titan_KeyFix.cab and havent had a problem with the hardware keyboard since, def give it a try

BTW still on my first mogul! You replaced 7 times?! I cant imagine that you really got 6 bad units, at some point you gotta lean towards the USER

None, but i've been tempted to ditch it (memory) for a Touch.
But I will hold out for the Raphael this fall.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

My mogul has been replaced twice. Both my fault. One time it got stolen. The next time I dropped it and the screen cracked.

Anyways, both times I got a replacement it was better than the previous phone. The first replacement I received came with some sort of screen protector on it, and the Pocket PC sign was not on the bottom of the phone. The latest replacement I got. The LCD Screen is black w/ screen protector, which the others weren't. Plus no PocketPC sign.
