Now for the part about the dead pixel. Sprint has the right to refuse any repair that isn't affecting the functionality of the phone or ability to make or recieve calls. Hence why we have Asurion set up as our insurance claims for things that can't repaired at a store level or warrenty claims like yours. You can call them, pay the $50 deductible and get a new/refurbished phone.

why should i pay $50 for a phone that is clearly defective, you would not purchase a tv set with a dead pixel. The screen is designed to have all the pixels working. So I am not out of line. I am on my 4th phone since Feburary 2008 and he did not want to deal with me. When he threatened me customer service was on the phone and heard it all. I did end up going to another store that took the time to talk with me and they looked at my device and tried to repair it and agreed that it needs to be replaced and they ordeed me another one. I know it might be a refurb but I thought since i am starting over at another store I would take the referb and then if their is another issue ask if they can give me a new phone and not a refurb. or i might just wait 30 days and have customer service send me a new one if the new refurb has an issue. I myself cant wait intil the new htc touch diamond and touch pro come out. I will be one of the 1st in line....
