This surprises me. Like I said, I have never had issues with HTC phones...I don't even carry insurance on them...We even protected the phone with a screen protector and a hard plastic cover for the body. The touch screen is an issue for sure, particularly on this phone he has.
I am going to do my best to get HTC to send him either a new phone or a different phone (if he has the same one has before) |

We bought it at Bestbuy. Sprint tells me we had to go directly though HTC for a fix. No insurance on the phone etc.

Dialed *2 Sprint is telling me I must take it to a store for a technician to look at it to see if it qualifies for a replacement. Then they will send a new one in 3 to 5 days.
