I can tell you exactly when the update will come out:


When it comes out.



Until then, you have a couple of options:
1. Be pissed.
2. Be a little antsy, but deal with it somehow because you realize that bitching doesn't accomplish anything.

yeah, i liked the part about "deal with it SOMEHOW" :D
here's what I know though, even Sprint internal employees have stopped wondering and caring, my Sprint rep has an internal document that explicitly stated 4/30/10 and that didn't happen, he's just given up on waiting for it

Look, Im not gonna hold my breath here with the update lol...Im just gonna patiently sit outside my local sprint store...M-16 in hand.....starring menacingly through the window at the helpless and obviously misinformed little Sprint hamsters running about the store.....and wait for them to get their act together :)

I did text Cellular South from the textCS app on my Hero the other day and asked if and when we'd be getting the update. They told me it's be coming to CS customers in june. Here's a copy of the texts:

Me: When will the CS Hero be getting the 2.0 or 2.1 android update?

CS: Telisha: The Update should be released by the end of June. We will notify you once available.

Me: Awesome! Do you know if it will be 2.1 or 2.0?

CS: Telisha: It going to be the 2.1
