Phone lagging when 4G is on - Page 2

Mine lags too. I noticed that the lag has gotten better though, so maybe its the network

Running the Update PRL caused the 4G system lag to stop. At least it did for me. Try it.

I take that back, I guess I never really paid much attention to it. Been using 4g alot the last few days or so and I have noticed it as well, very annoying. I usually turn on 4g and browse or to just download large emails, I don't usually just leave it on which is why I missed it probably.

I have noticed this issue as well. As for HTC phones lagging...This phone is by far the best ever made. I have only experienced an issue with lag after the latest phone update - using 4G (which is rare).

The lag may be because of testing for the 4G rollout on Nov. 2nd here in NYC. I have noticed some weird 4G stuff the past couple of days whereas before it would work almost perfectly. I am also noticing I am getting 4G in a lot more areas the past couple of days. I work all over Queens and Brooklyn and I've been getting more and more 4G coverage to the point where tonight I have it on the Queens/Nassau border!! (5M down/2M up just now)

i have tried a few roms in the last week and some lag on 4g and some dont.

Nope no lag here,it sometimes gives a little spike while the radio is turning on but after that all smooth.

I find that you can avoid having to reboot by shutting down 4g by going to settings/wireless & networks/4g settings as opposed to using the 4g widget. Works for me, stops the lag, but I haven't tried it on another phone.
