Re: Laggy with Froyo

Thanks for the suggestions, I just did the enable plug ins right now and will try the hard reset later tonight . Is there anything else? I cannot stand this constant lagginess. I never had this before froyo.

I did try Fresh rom too, and the birthday are not showing up. If you use FB, then they are showing up fine, but not from Google's contact.

I restored my 2.1 backup, and the birthday's here.

Exclamation yet another Calendar issue

So ever since I decided to do the ota froyo update, everytime i try to add an event to my calendar it goes to the screen but then i get a pop up that says "NO CALENDARS- You have no Calendars." I dont have the slightest on how to fix this if there even is a way to fix. Yeah yeah yeah I know i shouldnt have updated but im not really all for rooting just yet so if anyone can help me that would be great.

Things already tried are turning phone off and on and also doing a reset. T.I.A.

re: FroYo 2.2 Update -- Bugs & Issues

After a lot of playing around, I believe my issue is related to application interaction. Specifically, an application I "was" using, No Lock (www.jraf.org/android) appears to be the application that was occasionally preventing the dismissal screen from being displayed when an alarm sounded.

Re: Laggy with Froyo

I was about to start a thread about this. Mainly on handcent. One thing I was loving bout the EVO was bein able to text with quite a few people without the phone lagging when a text came in like my tp2 did. But every froyo Rom I've tried has had this problem. Where 2.1 seemed near instantaneous when Id click on different conversations , now I have to wait 2-3 seconds for it to load. Always have atleast 115 mb memory according to process manager so Idk
