Wait so I did that check and I have the Novatech screen, does that have anything to do with the 002 or 003? I don't know what those numbers are

IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE NOVA ON 003 ..

but from what ive ready 99% of the time nova is 002

my light leakage started small and unnoticeable, but give it three weeks and its get brighter,dust gets in there, and light leakage is noticeable on the left side of the screen. how do i know this?? its happening to me!! lame

same issue here. kinda pissed. ive talked to telesales, and they told me to have a sprint repair store note my account for a replacement, which i didnt understand why. like others i paid full price. i have 002 nova, but luckly no purple tint. but its getting noticeably worse so im just going to keep calling till i get a replacement.

Call in to Tech support and have them note the account that the screen is coming up and then tele sales order support will get you a new one. It's some new BS they are doing that they will not replace a phone unless noted by tech support. The good thing is tech support will just note the account for you and then your golden.

just called tech support, and they said they need a repair store to note the account....
