same issue here. kinda pissed. ive talked to telesales, and they told me to have a sprint repair store note my account for a replacement, which i didnt understand why. like others i paid full price. i have 002 nova, but luckly no purple tint. but its getting noticeably worse so im just going to keep calling till i get a replacement.
