I also have a 002.. No Issues whatsoever, Except for a very small amount of light leakage on the bottom right corner.. I bought it June 7th, so I have until July 7th to trade it for a different one free of charge.

Re: Two versions of Evos

002, bought it June 4. Have slight light leakage under the home and menu buttons as well as the grounding issue that everyone seems to be up in arms about...

Re: Two versions of Evos

first report here----after recieving the new 003 device yesterday after an exchange, i am happy to report that it lasted a good 9 hours with extreme heavy use, i took it off the charger at 6am and have been on twitter all day (constant connection) face book and internet with auto sync of all gmail contacts running in background, 2 thirty minute phone calls, i recorded 2 videos, played a few emulators and watched one full movie! i did this to completely drain the battery and see what kind of time frame i can work with under extreme heavy use----i would say 9 hours is pretty darn good!!

considering that my first EVO also a build 003 version which only lasted 4 hours at the most with moderate use i would say this is a leap from before----i got the first 003 on launch day and had to often recharge throughout the day usually in 3-4 hours time--today with the new phone, i tried my best to kill the battery in 4 hours and it held strong, it only dropped to 97% in 3 hours then when i started to agressively increase usage i noticed a change, i honestly think the newer builds are going to be on par with our expectations (lets cross our fingers)

I have version 003, no issues at all. I have even dropped it a few times and I am still good

Re: Two versions of Evos

I'm on a 0002 and I have light leakage and the screen coming up a little problem. Perhaps a grounding issue as well..

From a poll I'm doing in other sites, seems like 0003 is superior than 0002. At least, everyone with 0002 is reporting problems, and the few with 0003 are listing no problems (as of right now anyway)

Re: Two versions of Evos

On my V.002, I watched the second half of the Brazil match and it used only 25% battery with the screen on full bright. But then there are other times I barely squeeze 7 hrs
