Two versions of Evos {Updated Results}

well im back ppc geekers and i am happy to say that my new 003 EVO is really doing MUCH better than my prior one, no physical defects, no leakage or deformed battery door------i have did a full battery drain four times and full charge charge cycle 4-5 times till LED changed green, took it off charger at 6am and now at 8:30 am battery is still holding at 97% this is with two 20 minute phone calls constant connection on twitter, lite texting and checking emails and also syncing all gmail contacts. ---i will report later after a few more hours of use, my first 003 EVO never made it to 11am without needing a jump so cross your fingers for me, by the way---THE EVO STILL ROCKS! cant wait for FROYO!!

to add to previous post---this new EVO was already set to CDMA auto-----the first one i had was not, so it looks like they are catching on and listening to us and i think that in time all the issues will be resolved---this kinda stuff is to be expected with first releases, i realize that, lets keep all our research going to help make this one the winner it really is

Have two Version 0002 Evos, both obtained 6/4. So far no issues/complaints.

i've got 003. slight light leak on left and right soft keys. i get about 24+ hrs of my normal usage - no social widgets syncing.

only probs are frame rate lock and poor wifi. the screen has too much blue, not enough saturation and way to much contrast - blown out highlights and plugged shadows. imho the resolution is too low for the size of the device. the images just aren't as sharp as the droid.

I have v2, with no issues.... My wife has v3.... The led's do not shut off and her SD card does not function out of the box.... Very odd.
