Re: Two versions of Evos

003 here, I had to set my radio to CDMA Auto. Since I did that battery seems to be doing it. I've had it less than 48 hours as of right now.

Re: Two versions of Evos

i have the 003 version, my battery life is not great, but i use mine heavy, also its really hard for me to estimate it cause i have a vehicle charger, and charge it when its unders 50% any time im in my car. the only other thing i see is the light leaks from the buttons at the bottom when tilting the phone and looking at it from the top.

Re: Two versions of Evos

I have 0002. I think most of my battery issues are due to signal searching sometimes. I have noticed my battery door being up and it annoys me slightly.

Re: Two versions of Evos

Bought mine on launch day and have 003. No problems other than the grounding issue that many people have.

Re: Two versions of Evos

i don't think it matters... they're all evo launch devices. i have 003 and i have good battery life i think. no light leakage or lifting screen either.

wouldn't 003 be newer? wouldn't that mean they fixed any bugs they noticed in 002?

edit: can someone take a pic of the 002 light sparkly battery door???

Re: Two versions of Evos

I have a 002, no issues other than battery. With tweaks, I can get close to 10 hours on a good day, but I have never matched some of the reported life spans here on the forum (15-20+ hours). On average, I lose between 10-12% battery per hour.
