I have the 002 version.
No battery issues, 24+ hours with normal use. Looks much more stable than my old TP

ha i think that's the term OP used. On closer inspection of my 003 evo, the back has the "sparkly" stuff too, but i'm not sure if it's darker than 002... does your back seem light like a gray or is it more like an almost black type of gray... thanks for taking the pic

002 here, wifi doesnt seem to function for me. it connects and authenticates but no data. that is my only problem with the phone so far, other than 4g being really spotty.

i have 003 and my battery life sucks. i was at the gym today lost 35% while i was there for 90 minutes. gps,wifi,bluetooth, evrything off. using Mixzing because the stock player blows. kinda ridiculous.

are you talking about the awake time vs the up time? if so, a hard reset will fix it.

002 personally with no troubles and about 14 hours battery life on heavy use

I have an 0002 version and occasionally the 4 LED's stay on and my battery life is beyond bad. Now that I've figured out the network fix my battery life has gotten much better though.

I have the 0002 version, only issue I have is a slight grounding issue. But it's fixed by putting it in my seidio case. So it's not really an issue.
