i flash the latest hboot 2.16.0001 and now i cant change my radio or pri its just stuck. i use to be on hboot 0.76 is there any possibility to revert back to hboot 0.76 my hardware is 0003. it was a curiosity when i flash it from the latest hboot and now i want it back

According to Calkulin that hboot is not downgradeable.

[ Radios ][ 7-4 ] All EVO Radio, WiMAX, PRI, NV & HBoot versions - xda-developers

Have you tried his radio zips? They always work for me without an issue.
I'm on hboot 2.10 fwiw.

Also: I'm on gingerfail(2.3.3) ota update, rooting hasn't been cracked for it yet has it? I don't want to pay $30 to hotspot.

Also: Can't get the custom drivers to download.

Just got my E4G delivered to me and it has:

hboot 2.16.0001
radio 2.15.00.05.02
build mar 8 17:02:15

Anyone know how long it typically takes for the good guys to figure out a root method?

Lost my Rooted EVO last weekend on motorcycle trip. So I used insurance and got another EVO. Stupidly did the OTA update. Now my HBOOT is 2.16.0001....I'm screwed for now aren't I? This thing is so slow without a custom ROM on it.
