Um....if/when someone decides to develop it?

Simple root is a time consuming 4 clicks but people seem to like it

Oh and the manual steps in this tutorial work just fine btw.

seem to have ran into an issue no market icon and i cant add any google accounts. any ideas?

so i got to the internet part and something has gone wrong idk what i did but i didnt do it right can i start from the beginning

Starting over involves flashing back to pure stock ROM via a RUU. While it may come to that, if you post your specific error we may be able to get you around it.

thanks for the response but i couldnt tell what the error is im sorry so if u could point me into the diecrition of a pure stock rom and how to do it that would b great

Here's Fast's post for the stock RUU's, start with the 1.47 one:

Since you have HTC Sync installed from the Simple root you should be all set.
Connect your phone via HTC Sync or Charge Only with USB Debugging enabled.
Run the RUU, it will guide you through the process.
