I tried it out for a few days and went back to my tp2 with a custom ROM on it.Simple it is a little better a little faster but a whole lot more money then a tp2 on a old plan not worth the jump it went back.

Yea I currently have a tp2 on Sero.

EVO will be about $40 more a month...tough pill to swallow.

That said ....I will still get the

EVO

on June 4th (I hope)

How could you send the EVO back when they have not even been released for sale yet?

Does setting it to pull at a short interval (5-10min) result in better/worse battery life? I've had push mail for years and now it's become pretty important to get my email in a timely manner. I'm not sure I could live without it.

I have a friend who gets all the phones and he got his and sincce he does not have the time to try it out a lot he had me do it and it went back...Sorry i did not say where it went back to but he can have his early EVO back and i will not get 1 when the offical release comes out.

A couple more things:

1.Speed dial #2 cannot be assign to any of your contacts, it belongs to Sprint's Customer Service number.

2. Blurry contacts in the people widget. I read somewhere that this is an Android thing. Seasoned Android users, is there a fix yet?

I was waiting for the next new Windows phone, so I may activate it on my Free & Clear Plan, as those are the only devices allowed on my plan. But it seems that even if Sprint got a new Windows device, it would probably have 4G, and most likely would not be able to be activated on my plan anyway

It should be worse since it will need to make a connection every 5 to 10... if the email is that important you should leave on push or at least make it so it would check every hour or so.
