I can't believe all the people crying about this phone, whining about all sorts of things. Opinions are like a$$holes, everybody has 'em. If you don't like the phone and wanna stick with the TP2, then do it, buy why does everybody feel like they need to tell the world what they think about this phone? Like the guy who wrote the article on his "totally unbiased review of the Evo", please. How about "nit-picking and uneducated review". I have been dreaming about this phone since it was leaked last year. I have been with Sprint forever waiting for some decent devices. One finally gets here and so many reviewers are writing about its problems. Please tell me a device which doesn't have problems or does not require tweaks for it's user to get the most out of the phone according to the users demands? I've been reading post after post all morning. Sorry for the rant.

It's true, very true. Speak IT! You don't hear about a critic achieving the impossible odds, but every day there are those who accomplish greatness by standing up for what's right. No statues were erected for a critic, but the greats who stood out above the crowd we'll remember forever.. i.e. EVO!

Once sense is removed I doubt your phones will crash as much, but I believe everyone will find out themselves when custom roms are available. I'm not going to even get into with the op because he hasn't given one example how its supposedly more reliable (especially when everything takes longer) the only program he can't find is some weak media player which obviously plays some hardcore files. Then he brings up free tethering *smh* the evo is already rooted, why would you even think of paying $30? Maybe you don't want root access but then I can't help there. If I want to browse the web, android is faster. If I want apps, its not even fair to compare. I would like specifics of exactly the advantages your getting from the tp2 and I don't want to hear wifi tether.

Can I not talk about the Evo? Or are you a fan boy and mad becasue I did not bow down to the EVO. It is good, but the phone I had was good. I expected phenomenal or whatever else sprint said. Not just another GOOD phone. A lot of apps don't freaking work.

I tried it out for a few days and went back to my tp2 with a custom ROM on it.Simple it is a little better a little faster but a whole lot more money then a tp2 on a old plan not worth the jump it went back.

WOW . Bold move.

Yea I currently have a tp2 on Sero.

EVO will be about $40 more a month...tough pill to swallow.

That said ....I will still get the

EVO

on June 4th (I hope)
