It certainly wouldn't be the first time they were ever wrong about something, but there were so many of them all saying the same thing I just assumed it was probably correct.
Try calling you rep like I have or emailing corporate like I have and you will get the same info. Thats not to mention there is NOTHING stating it requires a new 2 year and there is plenty stating it is a add-on.

The rep I spoke to told me they have received a lot of emails on this fee. She said she have forwarded on to the "appropriate group" for review. Whatever that suppose to me. Maybe they will drop it for non-4G people.
I emailed him & said to just charge the $439.

I have spoke to about 15-20 reps over the last few days, emailed a few, and chatted with about 5. I even had someone from the dan@sprint.com call me back. Every single one of them said the same thing- the Evo plan reuires a 2 year contract.

It has already been confirmed you dont have t pay for wifi and $30 is not a bad deal for the hotspot when you look at how much it cost to get a wireless card. And we all know someone is going to hack it so that wont be an issue for long.

there excuse is its for the phone compare it to the iphone and how AT&T adds $30 on to any plan just because you have the iphone. But our phone is faster...lol
You have to remember if you dont want to pay the $10 you dont have to get the phone. Im thinking we will all still be getting it I know I am.

Saying its for 4g is incorrect. Its sending the wrong message here.
