$70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??

Someone mentioned this in a different thread. I asked about it, but nobody answered. What is it? How do you get it? Can you only get it if you buy you phone from a Sprint Store?

If I can't get it, it's no big deal...but $70 is $70, right??
