Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
You can get if you're close to end of contract by re-upping for another 2 year contract. It does not effect your equipment upgrade eligibility adversely other than taking away your bargaining position with retentions (threatening to quit and move to Verizon can be of some value in negotiating for a new phone and plan). I received mine on this months bill.

Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
Not sure how they determine how you get it but I have 11.5 months left to go on my contract and I got $70 for each line. Now I am just a few months away from being a 10 year vet with sprint so I don't know if that had something to do with it. I would like to add that I didn't even ask for it, it was actually offered to me.

Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
You are eligible for the renewal credit if you renew on or after your 18th month on the current contract. Unfortunately if you renew your contract every year for the early upgrade then the clock resets. If you have other lines on your plan though you can renew those every 18 months and then use the upgrade later.

Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
Thus is good to know. I'm in my 19th month now and am going to change my SERO to SERO-P sometime this week before picking up my 3D on Friday. I should mention this when I do.
