Doesn't seem worth the upgrade to me. It wont be significantly better feature wise and I could care less about 3D crap.

not like we can get a full day either without tweak......and these leaked spec sheets never have radio type. It doesn't even say cdma though it does say "sprint"

I don't get what you would define as a "significant" upgrade? The screen is purported to be better, processor has twice the speed and is more efficient and gfx rendering goes from worst available to the best available.
