I originally questioned why you questioned if the Evo 3D would have 4G... but upon further thought and reading, you do pose a good question. I mean, the "HTC Evo 3D 4G" would be a mouthful. It could be possible it doesn't have 4G. Seems like an insane move for Sprint if it's true. The only way this would make the slightest bit of sense, is if Sprint was going to release another Evo-like phone, in tandem with the Evo 3D.

Isn't Sprint LTE still quite some time away? Even thought more and more rumors are surfacing that Sprint has indeed been working on building an LTE network, I still think it's almost a certainty we won't be seeing that until next year at the absolute earliest.

Lucky you..I saw super sonic like over a year before it came out and was waiting for it for so long that at the point it came out I decided to pass on it lol

That said told ya its possible for it to be a Qualcomm instead of Tegra2.5 :/

its probably 1GB of ram and 4gb of rom..aka aside from a 3d screen I think Galaxy S2 is better...then again I probably may end up passing on both until the quad cores come out this fall...

It won't be lte. Sprint hasn't upgraded their towers yet. Only thing they could do is add the lte chip without activating it and then do software upgrade in the future to make it work. But it will at least have the wimax chip.

Re: Evo 3d specs revealed

I'm somewhat concerned as well I have read specs on this thing on several sites and none mention 4G for the new evo. I hope they don't strip it from the phone like the Kyocera echo.

A qHD display is 960x540 not 960x450, There's a typo in the article

That's what I'm afraid of. None of the sites that are listing stats have mentioned 4G.

Can anyone confirm rather or not 4G is on board?

Re: Evo 3d specs revealed

Doesn't seem worth the upgrade to me. It wont be significantly better feature wise and I could care less about 3D crap.
