Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

I am no spokeperson for Invisishield or anything but I must say that my past experiences with them have not been this way. I previously ordered an Invisishield for both me and my girlfriends Samsung Instincts. Not only did it come on time but the Invisishield went on perfectly and protected my phone from scratches that I do not think the Boxwave could endure at all. I think that due to increasing demand for Zagg's Invisishiled products across multiple lines and their new campaign for selling their shields in stores like Best Buy, they may have run into a hurdle in revamping their shipping process and keeping up with the growing demand.... essentially, they may have bit more than they could initially chew.

All in all... i still have a Boxwave protector on my phone and an Invisishield sitting their in the same packaging it came in... I am considering whether I should return it or keep it for possible later installation incase the Boxwave messes up.

Let's not bash on Invisihield because they do make a good product.

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

I've cancelled my Invisibleshied order. It's been over a week and it's not shipped yet. They just kept saying they were getting more in. They should've indicated it was out of stock when I ordered it. I might've been willing to wait, but not telling the customer an item is out of stock is poor business.

Now I'm looking at Boxwave, and BSE. It looks like Boxwave only covers the screen? I like what I hear about the crystal version, but I want the whole phone covered, expect for ports and such. Anyone with a Boxwave, is it just covering the screen?

BSE people are you happy? I saw Chef Ben was installing one, but didn't see a final review. Do you like it?

I only saw one person mention Bodyguardz. How is it?

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

I am happy with my BSE. The one thing of note is that it does not cover the metel area all around the phone. (where the volume rocker is, or the power button etc.) But it is much cheaper then either invisible shield or bodyguardz

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

Thanks, I guess I'll try the BSE since I can't get the Invisibleshield. I want something sooner rather than later, before I scratch up my Diamond! At least if don' like the BSE, I haven't spent quite as much money.

Re: invinsibleshield for your usa (sprint/telus) touch diamond

Personally, I think the people at invisible shield are great. Working for Sprint, I often tell people about invisible shield and I refer them to one of the local locations so a rep can actually apply the shield for them. Thankfully, my deeds did not go unseen. When I went into the store to get my own shield for my diamond, the rep told me I could get my shield for free as well as any other shields that I ever need for any of the devices I own. I thought that was phenominal service from the guy at the store. I really appreciated it and I even walked out of the store with another 200 cards to pass out to customers. As far as the way it works and looks, I feel that it is top quality. When the screen is on you can not see any signs of the screen protector and when in my pocket it really protects the screen from all the scratches that could occur.

I got the BSE in the mail today. So far it looks good. It has enough coverage to completely cover the phone (save for the frame). The entire screen, back, top & bottom are covered...only the side is open. Right out of the envelope the protector doesn't feel sticky at all. Seems to slide smoothly...though it is thicker (by less than a hair) and grips your finger nail more than the stock screen protector. I will go more in depth once its installed.

I am waiting on my Telus battery cover to get here. It should here by tomorrow. I will post pics of everything as soon as it all gets here.

I will get a picture up of my Boxwave Crystal protector applied by tomorrow, it really adds a nice glossy shine, I'll try to capture it in the picture.
