Actually Bionicball1.... I want to know if its returnable under the 30 days. Remember that I wanted to test this out and see if it fits my needs. I made up my mind on the 4th day that I need a keyboard. So I planned on returning it for the pro on the 29th day so the 30 day limit dont go thru.

i work for sprint Exiled, and i can tell u, that it varies per store. Technically, the phone has to be in the same new condition that it was when u recieved it. Do we deny people cuz of that? NO. If the phone gets scratches or dings or anything, as long as its not major, well return it. If ur really that worried about it, just return it to customer service/telesales.

From looking at your pics, id say your probably fine. But dont keep beating it up(i know it was unintentional). You cant buy a TV and bust the screen and expect best buy to let u return it! lol. same principle, so just take care of it best as u can

exiled what if you just take out the battery and say you lost it(so they can't track the esn i think?), pay the 50 dollars for a new phone and then get it sent to you then continue as planned?

Mine should be here tomorrow. I'm just hoping that I can live without the keyboard, so I can understand that.

You are right. Of course I don't expect mercy... it was my dumb mistake. I was carrying it in my hands when a little boy ran into my hand and knocked it off. I was picking up my niece at her school. I should have been more careful. And yes Success.... my thoughts exactly.. I was going to return it at my local Sprint store..... But now my chances are greater if I return it to Telesales instead. What do you think... should I try to touch it up with glossy black paint? Or just leave it?

just return it to telesales if and when the time comes to exchange it for the pro. youll be fine.

just leave it, lol u tripping. u will be fine. i would say just try your luck at the store, im pretty sure it will be a smooth sale. telesales can be plan number two, but heres the thing. diamonds havent even arrived in stores yet. i dont know what makes people think the pro will be in stores that soon. telesales? maybe within ur 30 day period but it aint gonna happen in the stores if u already purchased your diamond. so actually, telesales may be your best option either way

I thought of that. But I wont do the insurance scam, it will just make our insurance go up. I will just take a chance and see what they say when I do retunr it.. and just baby it to that day.

Trust me.... the more you try to take care of it.... the greater that chances you will get run over by a semi with it on your hands. LOL! I didn't care too much for my Touch and I had it for 8 months. And not one time did I drop it.
