Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

Oh crap, I am on the phone with another phone support drone, and he escalated my call to order services, and they told him that the delay could be up to a WEEK due to the power outages and high order volume in Kansas. A FREAKIN WEEK! So much for overnight shipping. The thing that gets me is that I was hitting refresh on the webpage and placed the order seconds after it came up, and some people who ordered later are getting tracking numbers. It seems to me that people who ordered through telesales and not off the website are coming out of this better off than those of us that ordered through the web...FAIL.

I better get something free out of this if it turns out to take a week.

Not necessarily. I ordered thru Telesales at 9:15 ET on the 14th and I have not recieved tracking information yet. I am in Indiana, business customer and ordered 2 Diamonds.

Since there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to how or what time for those who have received a tracking number; how about you folks that have your numbers post up your approximate location. Maybe we can figure out a pattern.

And yes... I am being rediculously impatient for a simple phone!

I just called (ordered online 12:30am Sun). Was told ... still at warehouse, Ike, power outage, 4-7 business days....

Didn't get the impression that they necessarily even looked at my order. Felt like a canned response.

But, I won't be surprised to not get it this week. When I ordered my Mogul online, took 7 or 8 calendar days (during which time it went to out of stock for a few days).

Oh, and BTW, the first time I called I went through the voicemail tree and got automatically hung up on! So ... this doesn't feel much different than Sprint did a couple of years ago.
