I just called (ordered online 12:30am Sun). Was told ... still at warehouse, Ike, power outage, 4-7 business days....

Didn't get the impression that they necessarily even looked at my order. Felt like a canned response.

But, I won't be surprised to not get it this week. When I ordered my Mogul online, took 7 or 8 calendar days (during which time it went to out of stock for a few days).

Oh, and BTW, the first time I called I went through the voicemail tree and got automatically hung up on! So ... this doesn't feel much different than Sprint did a couple of years ago.
