Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

I also ordered soon after it showed up on line on early sunday AM. I still do not have a tracking number. This sucks.

Nope, only got the one order number. Don't know why some people got two. My order number includes two diamonds and 2 MIR.

I ordered mine on the web and and received my confirmation email at 12:15 AM EST, which was 15 minutes after the phone was released. I still have not received a tracking number and feel the same way you do. I would like to know why I was one of the first people to order this phone and still have not received a tracking number. And talking to anyone on the phone is like a lost cause. I might try and deal with a supervisor because I want to know why my phone has not shipped yet!

As far as getting someone who's not overseas, good luck. I did manage to get a Canadian once, by luck I imagine, and he told me that the box is in the warehouse, just waiting to be scanned and picked up by UPS. I don't see how they know THAT, if a tracking number hasn't even been assisgned (I imagine everyone who's gotten a tracking number so far, has had it ASSIGNED, and *their* boxes are the ones sitting, waiting to go out).

I got the ws-bbcc # minutes after the order, the next day I was viewing my account order history @ sprint.com, and saw an order # that began with DM. I was told that the ws-bbcc order # is the one that gets submitted from web sales, and it gives you your "estimated" final cost (with estimated taxes, etc). The other order number, that begins with DM, is the "finalized" order number, and reflects the final (with tax) price that you will be charged, or in my case, have billed to my account.

I spoke with someone in Executive Services about it yesterday, and they told me it has something to do with two different systems they use (I freaked out, because I thought someone placed a 2nd order on my account), after they explained it, I got it, I guess. Still really makes no sense, but since when has Sprint ever made sense.

it seems that if u check ur order through sprint.com's website in the order history section it uses DM**-*-******* if u check ur order through sprint.com/myorder it uses a two letter then four letter format (**-****-********)

Login to sprint.com, click on billing & payment at the top (there's like sub topics) then on the left click on billing history & analysis I believe, then the next screen will show your recent bills (online/pdf) links, as well as a few more sub-topics, one of which is "order history".

will i now have both of my numbers for my order. Both say the same thing..... No DAMN Tracking Number!!!
