Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

I received the "tracking numbers" (it was emailed to me, ordered 9/14 @ around noonish) but for some strange reason when I tried to track the packages the result, "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later." I thought UPS would pick up the item before we get the tracking numbers, but I guess that isn't the case. Anyhow, hopefully I get this babe tomorrow.

I just refreshed and got a tracking number that UPS can not locate yet. I ordered via the web about 1PM CST. This is getting exciting now - can hardly wait.

It won't be in there system until either later tonight or tomorrow.

Peeps - If you get this message below there's no need to be alarmed, it means that the label was just generated and UPS hasn't picked up the shipment yet and done an origin scan. It should update later on this evening hopefully.

UPS updates their information in the evenings, so your tracking number should be "trackable" by 11pm EST tonight.

Has anyone who ordered THROUGH THE WEB as soon as it was available (12:05 AM EST) gotten a tracking number yet? I did so and i am still waiting. Also, does anyone have a service number I can call that does NOT take me to some phone service in India? I'd like to talk to someone who might have insight on the situation in Kansas, and i doubt some phone jocky in bangladesh is going to be aware of such things.

I ordered when it was available, via web, and have yet to get a tracking number. Did you get two different order #'s though? I got the ws-bbcc one as well as one that begins with DM. I was told the DM one is for the actual phone though, and that's the one that I should be using when checking the status of the order. I guess they're processing the orders based on the most recent, and not the first ones placed.

As far as getting someone who's not overseas, good luck. I did manage to get a Canadian once, by luck I imagine, and he told me that the box is in the warehouse, just waiting to be scanned and picked up by UPS. I don't see how they know THAT, if a tracking number hasn't even been assisgned (I imagine everyone who's gotten a tracking number so far, has had it ASSIGNED, and *their* boxes are the ones sitting, waiting to go out).
