I am sorry Mr Wonderful. I am sure you never get upset when you cannot get service for something you purchased. What is the point of a customer service rep if they cannot offer customer service? Someone in the chain of command should be able to assist a customer and answer his questions when they are spending $500 on an item. I am not just stating this for my own personal gain but, everyone here deserves to be treated that way. You obviously haven't read my other posts either. I am not upset at a rep saying they do not know the answer, what bothers me is that they make up lies and have no clue what they are saying.

And if the reason was what you say in your first line, I could live with that if that was the case. I think people are confusing my argument here but to say you are ashamed to be on these boards with me. I take offense to that. You have no idea what I am about and I would be willing to bet I am a much better person then you will ever be.

dude, chill out. u did go hard against the rep in the conversation u posted. we just saying if they was effing orders up, then fine scream at them all, but given the circumstances, and im pretty sure u doggin those reps like that didnt expedite ur order in anyway, nor turn any of the power on down there. or help anyone that dont have lights for that matter. see what im saying? u gettin mad at the wrong people. u wanna get mad then get mad at mother nature.

and please, miss us all with that anything u can do i can do better stuff. lets try to keep the thread on topic. if yall got beef, thats what pm's are for!

@eman other people spent 500 dollars hell i spent 595 and got charged almost 1200 dollars i had to spend hours on the phone with sprint trying to talk to abdul shazeeri trying to get my stuff taken care of i dont have money im not made of it its just a phone that appeals to me i hated the phone i had before just take it like the rest of us, you'll get your phone thursday or friday maybe wednesday probably not but just be patient dude

Dude, I have no beef with anyone here. I received my tracking number today but that doesn't take away from the fact they Sprint does not know how to handle customers. Plus that conversation took place after I was told 3 different things by three different people. If that doesn't make you mad and you like to be treated that way as a customer, then dude, you are the better person here....

yeah thats what im seeing everywhere for the ship weight, 2.5 or in that area. only thing i can think is they increased the weight for the price of the shipping, who knows. oh i will....tomorrow

I think my Touch shipped at around 3-4 lbs. I would be surprised if the Diamond boxed weighs that much more.

So in other words you took up at least an hour maybe more of various reps' time on a nothing issue. And I expect you are one of those people who complain about the wait times being high, right?

The system, I believe, spits out a 4-5 day time period, and you are on the phone *****ing after...hours? Maybe a day? Why bother. Its not going to speed anything up. Theres things worth getting mad about. This wasnt one of them.
