Dude, I have no beef with anyone here. I received my tracking number today but that doesn't take away from the fact they Sprint does not know how to handle customers. Plus that conversation took place after I was told 3 different things by three different people. If that doesn't make you mad and you like to be treated that way as a customer, then dude, you are the better person here....
