Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

yep if you got your tracking number this afternoon/evening, sprint is waiting for ups to pick it up so it WILL show up with a scan later this evening/early the next morning. sprint warehouse processes orders 24hrs a day except on sunday. sprint ships out so much stuff that they are not bound by delivery drop off times that regular people are. most major companies that do a lot of shipping will have trucks and even planes waiting on them until everything is loaded. so dont be surprised/pissed if at 2 or 3am you see a scan, it will still get there the next day weather permitting.

I ordered online at 8am on Sunday. I just received a tracking number a short time ago but UPS is not showing it in the system yet. That's not unusual as it won't show in their system until it is scanned. As long as they have a flight out yet tonight or early in the morning I expect to see the phone here tomorrow.

I have to agree that the Sprint CS has been pretty useless in helping. I also asked them to explain to me how it is that people who ordered after I did had their phones packed and tracking #'s applied long before mine. They just reverted to their line about the hurricane. I told them that I understand that but that does not explain their lack of system in queing these up for shipment in the proper order of when the order was placed.

**** happens. It could be as simple as orders being pulled by geographical distance, such that phones going to cali got order slips at the warehouse before those going to idaho (or whatever). Regardless, its not something a rep is going to know, or even should know. Being pissed at a rep for not know plan info Id expext. But reason for order fulfillment delays? thats just being anal.

My order hasnt gone in yet, but damn you make me ashamed to even be on this board with you.

Just looked again and I have a tracking number. For those who ordered online, make sure to use the ws number to look it up and not the order history number which starts with DM as that one still shows processing for me. I ordered mine the night it came out at 12:15 AM EST.

i agree. i mean im upset and all about this all, sheesh, ive been waiting for this since the first leaked photos, ive never wanted a phone so bad, but we all know what its due too. some of this sh*t is just beyond our control. u cant get mad at the reps, they only know what there supers tell them. it all trickles down from the top.

no just the phone, i myself was a little curious as to the weight of the package, maybe i called them so much they just shipped me and old boot full of mud.

i ordered it at about 10:30 am sunday morning. i tried to order it at about 1:30 am but it wasnt in the system for them to process it yet.
