**** happens. It could be as simple as orders being pulled by geographical distance, such that phones going to cali got order slips at the warehouse before those going to idaho (or whatever). Regardless, its not something a rep is going to know, or even
should know. Being pissed at a rep for not know plan info Id expext. But reason for order fulfillment delays? thats just being anal.
