ok tony over from SU checked his "Order Status" page and there is nothing on there but he received his phone.. and also he ordered through telesales if anyone is wondering the notification will come in a e-mail with the ups tracking number.

How could someone already have their phone when the first possible ship day was today?

i dont know but he has it he took pictures and reviewed the phone already go to sprint users about page 146 to check it out

Yes I saw the pics and read what he wrote but he didnt order it like we did - he must have obtained it some other way - he isnt telling us everything. He must have placed his order somehow on Friday unless Sprint is open on Saturday and his was picked up early Saturday by UPS. Wait! maybe he paid for same day delivery - I should have done that too.

I placed my order at 6:30am on Sunday via telesales (Well they were closed so I called back at 7am) and she told me then that my eta was Wednesday Sept 17th here in Indy which would make sense because all shipments to KY are next anyway. With it being that early I will call tomorrow and see. Thanks for the number
FYI- That guy proly got through EVP because if sprint would have not screwed my account up I would have had it today as well. The lady called me from there witha order number but was canceled because of a sprint store screw up. Why did Best Buy not get this phone yet!

Well they will be available in stores today, supposilvely. I wonder if the stores will get thier shipments... Wonder if I should cancel and get it in store..
