Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

I called my local authorized Sprint solutions center in CT yesterday to order it, and after placing my order said it should arrive today sometime. This is in the CT area but the warehouse its shipping from only had 4,500 or so in stock, when the normal numbers for a phone like the Instinct are arond 70,000. So apparently this phone will probably be in VERY short supply in the coming days.

How come when you call them to find out the status of an order they always sound like they have no clue what you are talking about. No matter when you call or who you speak to it seems like it is always that person's first time ever checking an order. You give them the account info, then the password, then the order number and they ask what is it that you ordered. Are you kidding me? And then they repeat again. So you want me to check on the status of your order. No, I would like 2 cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a diet coke.
I do not understand how you can run a business this poorly and have such untrained employees in these call centers. It just boggles my mind.

I wouldn't count on the stores getting it today. From what I've heard they won't have them in the stores until the end of the month.

Seriously! I just called to see if they have tracking info and guess what, they sounded like they didnt see any order and asked what I ordered! Idiots!

And yea, still no *@&#ing tracking number!

Called last night... My phone is already boxed and just waiting to be picked up by UPS at this moment. Hoping for a delivery tomorrow.

Yeh, I got that line yesterday in one of the three calls I made. And guess what, it is not coming today. I am convinced thay the call center has absolutley no contact with the warehouse and only knows if it is shipping if they see their records updated with a tracking number. Otherwise they are just speaking out of their A!!......

Ordered mine via Telesales Sunday @ 6:30 am CST & Still nada. It'll come that's what I keep telling myself.LOL
