How come when you call them to find out the status of an order they always sound like they have no clue what you are talking about. No matter when you call or who you speak to it seems like it is always that person's first time ever checking an order. You give them the account info, then the password, then the order number and they ask what is it that you ordered. Are you kidding me? And then they repeat again. So you want me to check on the status of your order. No, I would like 2 cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a diet coke.
I do not understand how you can run a business this poorly and have such untrained employees in these call centers. It just boggles my mind.
