They did it for me when I bought my Mogul shortly after it came out, had the phone on my account and split up between 2 bills. I don't know if it matters but I've been with them for almost 8yrs now.

I ordered mine shortly after posting this post! Hope it comes in on Tues. cause Im off! I plan on trying it out then returning waiting for the Touch Pro. Wish I would have called tho cuz mine was 383 with 100mir, but it was billed to my account so Im not to worried about it. Plus I got a promo code from my order to save 25 on my Touch Pro when I get it.

I just got my email notice from Sprint about it. I think I'll wait to see what the PCGeeks polls say about both the Diamond and Pro, and am still leaning towards the Pro when it comes out. Thanks Mike for the heads-up!

Just ordered mines aswell. I chatted with the online chat and asked if my 30 mo SERO was going to change. He said during the order process if i am asked to choose a plan then I need to change. but if i dont get asked then I dont need to worry. SO I did it and I have the 30mo SERO and I was not asked so i went ahead and ordered it. And just when I ordered it I realized if you call retentions and ask for a bigger discount, they will give it to you.! Arrgg!!!!! Anyways... I wont sweat it...... I am going to return it and 29 days and ask for a full refund. Then I will order the PRO and ask for a bigger discount rather then the 75 dollars. Heads up!

They want over $42 in tax for me in NY. I'll wait until I can find a better deal elsewhere. Almost $400 upfront with a 2-year contract? No thank you. Not for this phone.
