Sprint replacing damaged 6700 with Mogul - Page 10

So the replacement that they sent me?

The camera doesn't work at all (it fails to initialize) AND the back cover that covers the camera and the speaker, etc, was HALFWAY POPPED OFF when I got the damn thing! Even further, the stupid phone's radio is broken on this one too.

Whoever had this had it just for data use and probably texting. I bet they sent it back because the phone radio stopped working, since looking in the PST, it shows me that only 40 minutes are on the life timer, which about 32 of them were spent talking to Sprint about how they plan to fix this problem. But the data receive is over 550MB and the data send is about 130.

God I'm just so fed up with dealing with this. The rep offered me 200 off any phone of my choice... but Sprint doesn't have anything I want besides the Mogul or the 8830. And I won't get the 8830 because my plan will go up another 40 dollars just to have the damn thing work with data and the Mogul doesn't have custom ROMs and has lots of memory problems. GRRRRRR.

I can't even go back to a "regular" phone because every one that Sprint has right now sucks. Why couldn't this have happened BEFORE they dropped the 8400 and the Fusic?

I'm livid. Anyone think I'd have any luck going down to the store and demanding a new phone? I'm pissed.

okkk so i am going to try again today to get my phone fixed if they cant fix it i will drop it infront of them and ask for a replacement lol..

my phone keeps frying the batteries i dont know how that happens but lets hope i get another 6700 i mean if i get a 6800 i am not going to cry LOL but pray for me

the myth is now reality , thursday i am going to become the owner of a mogul

.. i tried my best they didnt even want to give me a refurb.. they said that they really dont do service on the apache anymore..

Dude seriously, everything I'm hearing says the 6800 has the potential to be MUCH better than the 6700. Custom ROMs are MAYBE 2 months away and the only real issue people bitch about is bluetooth but I'm hearing at the same time that if its a Plantronics headset, they work great.

I got mine through Asurion. Didn't even have to deal with the store. Even got Sprint to credit me the 50 dollar deductible.

Custom roms are here...kitchen is maybe 2 months away.
