So the replacement that they sent me?
The camera doesn't work at all (it fails to initialize) AND the back cover that covers the camera and the speaker, etc, was HALFWAY POPPED OFF when I got the damn thing! Even further, the stupid phone's radio is broken on this one too.
Whoever had this had it just for data use and probably texting. I bet they sent it back because the phone radio stopped working, since looking in the PST, it shows me that only 40 minutes are on the life timer, which about 32 of them were spent talking to Sprint about how they plan to fix this problem. But the data receive is over 550MB and the data send is about 130.
God I'm just so fed up with dealing with this. The rep offered me 200 off any phone of my choice... but Sprint doesn't have anything I want besides the Mogul or the 8830. And I won't get the 8830 because my plan will go up another 40 dollars just to have the damn thing work with data and the Mogul doesn't have custom ROMs and has lots of memory problems. GRRRRRR.
I can't even go back to a "regular" phone because every one that Sprint has right now sucks. Why couldn't this have happened BEFORE they dropped the 8400 and the Fusic?
I'm livid. Anyone think I'd have any luck going down to the store and demanding a new phone? I'm pissed.
