624 Crashes

Any of you guys currently clocked at 624 using xCPUScalar on the 3.5 Rom. I can Clock to 520 but 624 Locks up as soon as I click OK.

More than likely it's a hardware issue. I know that my old main board in my 6700 never would go to 624 but 520 ran great. I had to send my unit in for repair because the radio for the phone died and they replaced the main board. Now I can clock to 624 with no problems what so ever.

@Peacock93
Figures, Sprint just shipped me this one to replace my old one that had issues, of course how do you tell Sprint, this one is no good either, it won't let me overclock like my old one would.
Thanks.
