It's just going to force the whole operation to go underground. Nothing MS can do to stop it. This all sounds like scare tactics anyway.

I really want to know what the difference is between this and slipstreaming a copy of XP. This is supported by MS and they provide the tools to do it!
![]() If your not familiar with slipstreaming, its taking the OS and adding any service packs, drivers, scripts, whatever to an ISO CD for installation. All they care is that you have a valid product key showing that you paid for the license. Didn't we do that when we bought our 6700.. it's not like some shipped with a palm OS. Really what is the difference???? On top of that, donlt even get me going on Win PE distros like UBCD uses. From what I understand MS is glad it's being used. ![]() -saridnour |
