so will they do this with moguls? i had my phone stolen yest and they said i had to wait until they got moguls in. and they said i can be waiting up to 6 days. is there any way they can give me a touch to speed the process up?

i called insurance claims...they said they had a FRESH AUDIOVOX 6700 for me waiting.

i asked her for the 6800 she said..."i cannot give you that. i can only replace your phone with the same exact phone"

Dang dudes, thats not cool they're unwilling to give something else than the 6700. I called yesterday aroun 11:30am EST. I asked her about the Mogul, but she says they're on back order due to alot of people ordering them and returning them. As far as the 6700 when I called, The rep said it was discontinued. The rep said they used to get their 6700 from Alltell but since it has been discontinued they doubt they would be getting it again. All I told her is that phone has been giving me problems such as: USB charger gives diffuculty charging, phone stopped reading memory card that phone restarts on its own, etc. I told her i didn't want to go thru store cause they would just order me a replacement and that i dont want that phone that its been giving me problems. So since she couldnt get me a Mogul she said she could send me a Touch instead jus had to pay a $50 deductable. oo I aslo told her that it was my 4th 6700.

thats BS.. it seems li ke everyone is getting a touch around me except me. it seems like sprint has sumthing against me lol. and would i be able to call in and see if they have sent my phone off yet? or if they have even got any moguls in?

i would call in. you can also go to lockline.com oto check the status of it. you never know they tell alot of people that they are going to get the mogul and send them touches

Yea I Had To Have My 6700 Rplaced After It Stopped Charging, Went To The Sprint Store And Unknowlingly Recieved A Refurshibed 6800, 4 Months Later It Stopped Charging And They Gave Me A New 6800, But I Think I Screwed That One Up Too So I'm Going Try My Luck And Go Back And Try And Get The Touch.

WTF?!

Read your documentation, that's all its ever been. when they no longer have the phone is when they start dishing out the newer ones... so we're just supposed to give all the "outdated" phones to the landfill.... cummon people.

i just called lockline and they said that they havent even got any moguls in the warehouse yet.. so i think ill be waiting the full six days for my phone.. and i asked if there was any way to speed it up and they said NOPE.. just have to wait. for the mogul.

i dunno...i have never had any luck with issues when dealing with insurance claims. even when i was with AT&T.

should i just give her the ok and have her send me a 6700 and hope that its a 6800?
