Dang dudes, thats not cool they're unwilling to give something else than the 6700. I called yesterday aroun 11:30am EST. I asked her about the Mogul, but she says they're on back order due to alot of people ordering them and returning them. As far as the 6700 when I called, The rep said it was discontinued. The rep said they used to get their 6700 from Alltell but since it has been discontinued they doubt they would be getting it again. All I told her is that phone has been giving me problems such as: USB charger gives diffuculty charging, phone stopped reading memory card that phone restarts on its own, etc. I told her i didn't want to go thru store cause they would just order me a replacement and that i dont want that phone that its been giving me problems. So since she couldnt get me a Mogul she said she could send me a Touch instead jus had to pay a $50 deductable. oo I aslo told her that it was my 4th 6700.
