You know, I have had that issue pre-AKU3.3, and my wife's phone got itself into that mode just today running the stock Sprint rom (and radio 1.12 vs my 1.27 radio firmware!). I still think that's due to something happening between the radio on the phone and the tower.

Yeah i know i shouldn't be using this thing as a phone Colonel, but it does pretend to be one so it might as well let me answer even if i can't hear their voice through the speaker. My problem is after a prolonged suspend period usually, but this time it actually rang which makes me think the phone to tower connection is working properly. I do have activesync so the data connection is always open, but i've updated the radio firmware for ringthru and never had this same issue prior to AKU 3.3

You're not alone - this happened to me earlier after an hour or so of phone calls today. I would answer the phone with my BT headset, but I could neither hear nor be heard on the other end. Soft resetting fixed the problem, as usual. No way to diagnose or reproduce the issue so far. This has never happened to me before installing 3.3. The phone does ring.

This sounds like a good idea but WTF! I cant rename a file in the directory on the device directly or through an active sync connection.

Not working with some *.tsk files?

I haven't seen this from anyone else, so here goes. I have several *.tsk files on my phone that I generally rotate depending on my mood. There is at least one that I've had on the phone for months that really screws up everything with the new ROM - I lose some of my plugins (PhoneAlarm), my phone freezes and has to be reset, my storage card disappears, etc. When I go back to another *.tsk file everything works fine again. I have no idea how this is possible since I haven't made any other changes. Anyone else seeing anything like this? - sheureka

Closest I came was with O2 plus. I decided I would try it, and it installed fine. When I went to change the today settings to remove certain pieces of it, my phone completel froze. After I soft reset, the phone got hung on the green windows mobile page. I then was forced to hard reset. I decided not to try o2.

Okay somehow after going over and over I managed to use active sync and windows explorer and I was able to copy the OEM files into the Windows dir and it worked.
