Problems/Bugs/Issues with AKU 3.3 Helmi_c ROM - Page 42

Have been utilizing AKU 3.3 for the past two weeks. Two issues have become apparent: 1.) Regardless of how I sort tasks, it can only be sorted alphabetically. 2.) I am unable to download files from IE. I have been monitoring this forum and PDAPhone and have not seen any commentary reference these issues. Any thoughts?

I get a certificate error when I try to install a software. I think it has to do with AKU3.3. Does anyone know if this is true and if there is a fix?

I get this error message when after a software installation:

Problem with the file 'x'. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one if it's components can not be found.

I cannot get this to work for the life of me. I have hard reset avoiding the verizon customizations. I put the phone into bootloader mode. I connected it via usa cable the phone came with. Opened up the AKU3.3 file and clicked next... got the screen which I guess is supposed to show me my current version and then the version I was going to get. It was blank, but I clicked next anyway. About 20 secs later it told me it was finished and successful. I unplugged the usb and hardreset the phone again it it was exactly the same as before! I have tried 3 different files and none of them change the phone at all. I tried it on another computer that didn't have windows xp but windows vista and get an error telling me that the upgrade utility isn't the correct version for my phone. Error 150. Can anyone please help? Thanks

You have to change some files around on a vista box to get it to work. There is a write-up on the board somewhere. Just search for it.

searched couldn't find anything.... still can't get this damn update to install... I am using a XP machine and still nothing.

I flashed my ppc-6700 but my bluetooth headphone kept skipping really bad. I used WMP, mortplayer, gs player and reinstalled the a2dp update but i still get bad skipping. I have a wirevo bluetooth headphone. anyone knows wut i need to do maybe a registry edit?

Wow, I feel dumb... I did't have active sync installed and that was the problem this whole time. I just recently reformatted this pc and didn't bother to install it. FYI.. you need to have actice sync installed and setup to complete upgrade. LMAO

HKLU\Drivers\BuildIn\Btasnd\Priority256 = 60

It will still skip some, but it usually helps

i checked my regedit and i dont have that binary

I installed 3.3 last week and it works great.. but when I finally decided to use the camera portion of the program, it would lock up when I wanted to look at the pictures I had took.

Has anyone had this problem?
