Not exactly a problem with AKU 3.3 Helmi_c ROM

These are more of a problem with AKU 3.3, not Helmi's work:

1) Microsoft's Bluetooth stack still sucks. I still can't reliably use the Hands-Free-Link profile with my car, and my XV6700 still doesn't display battery level or signal strength on the car's display.

2) Reminders and notifications are still flakey. Within a day after a hard reset and loading Helmi_c's AKU 3.3 ROM - and no other software loaded yet - I would get an appointment audible alert, but no "Notification" soft key on the bottom to dismiss the notification.

I saw both of these problems with Verizon's AKU 2.2, and hoped that they were fixed in AKU 3.3.

I guess not.

Cheers!

I think I'm going back - I don't really care that much about the BT aspects and I've started having more problems. I'm installing a new desktop on Monday, and I think I need to have this a little more stable before I start syncing it with a new machine. Unfortunately I'm a packrat and have a lot of ROM's on my computer! Is Sprint_Apache_AKU2.2.rar from January 3 the one right before this one? Is that the first Telcom one? If not, where can I find the one I'm looking for? Thanks - sheureka

Not receiving incoming calls

I just realized that I'm not receiving incoming calls. This is not the same as not being able to answer the call. My phone never rings. The caller will here my voice mail right off. Any ideas?

My vision session never disconnects or goes dormant after it has been initiated (check email or internet). I do not have the always on hack in place. I have tried the disconnect button hack and that allows me to manually disconnect, but shouldn't it put itself to sleep or disconnect the vision after a while? It is killing my battery life.
Thanks!

Have any of you noticed if you can do the Mutex Flag hack? Mine doesn't work anymore.? Is 3.3 different in this way? Either that or I messed up somewhere.

Um, nevermind, I undid the Mutex Flag hack and I can now use both Phone radio and Wifi at the same time. go figure?? 3.3 is good after all!! hehe

Anyone else experiencing a glich with the time? Whereby if you set your home time to say eastern and visiting time to say pacific that upon sync with activesync or soft reset your home time will change to your visiting time and both will then say pacific? Didnt do that in the previous version.

Unable to sync 2 calendar, contacts on 2 computers

Hi folks - I have 3.3 loaded and everything is working fine except I am no longer able to have 2 partnerships that sync calendar, contacts, and tasks. I have tried AS 4.5 b2 and 4.2. Any ideas?

Hmmm...I have 2 partnerships working and not problems. Maybe try deleting the partnerships and re-syncing? Might help.
