wow...i didn't know that you could do that on the old rom.

Yea you could do picture and video mail with the arcsoft program. I posted a tutorial which can be found under tips and tricks read first thread.

That can be done with a registry hack, other ROM didnt do that by default either.....that I remember

this is a great thread, my only question is, i did the aku update, it says telecom when it boots, but the rom is still coming up 2.11.20 with extrom version 2.06.303. it is supposed to do this or did i do something wrong?

Nope its supposed to, those are the right versions, I still cant figure out how to change that pesky boot screen.

good good good, just making sure, i was kinda upset to find out it installs with all the crap that we normally don't use, but it only took up 11.86mb on the storage, so thats good. hopefully we'll see some more updates soon, but thanx for the AKU WideAwake

No problem the next release will have a custom ext. this only is the core OS. The custom release should be made and released in its Beta stages before this weekend

does anyone else have the ring-through problem...i think it's only me, and i don't know what im' doing wrong but even after installing and reinstalling all the files in the ext. rom, my prl does not update to the ring through volume...any ideas?
